As a Creative Designer at Lyft Media you will lead all aspects of creative development for the team. You will be a true team player providing cross-functional support for all creative development, ad creation, and sales material updating needs. We are looking for individuals who love developing impactful marketing material, are highly adaptable, and care deeply about their creative work.


  • Ad creation: Lead the end-to-end design and creative development process for all Lyft Media’s advertising clients. This includes scheduling the initial creative KOC to understand the client’s needs, developing mockups to get feedback, and delivering the final assets

  • Ad animation: Animate and repurpose client assets to fit the requirements for any Lyft Media desired media asset (digital rooftop, in-car tablets, in-app, and bikeshare ads)

  • Sales material updates: Ensure the content across all Lyft Media’s marketing & sales collateral (website, media kit, case studies, one-pagers etc) is fully updated to reflect the latest product improvements

  • Additional sales collateral: Work closely with Lyft Media’s sales team to develop compelling custom one-pagers and proposals to assist in closing new business


  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in motion design and creative development

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Must demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Webflow

  • Must have high attention to detail, possess an ability to multitask and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker, and be self-motivated and proactive

  • Must be comfortable leading design projects with limited direction or oversight

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $81,180 – $110,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
